Need to reboot a win2k pro machine remotely

VNC is acting flaky on the machine so I can't go to the start menu and reboot it from there... I can terminal server to another machine on the network though and from there I can connect to my machine through computer management MMC or via telnet. Either that or I need a way to access the applications that are running on the computer.

Jeez I am denses today... I was seriously in there for about half an hour and I was doing searches on the net... I thought I was too good for the built in win2k help . Anyways
the answer was there right in front of me...
