Need to monitor network traffic

I'm administering an NT 4.0 network and have concerns that we've got spyware or something causing too much traffic and would like to be able to isolate it to the problem computers instead of going machine to machine. I have numerous safeguards in effect (email virus scanning, firewall, etc) but users may still be triggering apps from websites and whatnot.

Anything I can install or check to see who's sending how much traffic?

Thanks.

Probably, but you'd need to have snmp installed on each machine (congestion?) and would need to drop a few hundred minimum on a management console, correct?
