Need to Monitor Internet Activity

I have home use client; who thinks her kids are off to porn and into
some chat stuff.
They want me to do a setup where they can go to her computer while kids are
away; get a report; where they computer went to
where her kids went to chat and what they have chat
I really do not know is there any software which can be install with her kids knowing what have installed and watch their internet activity.
Please guide me

If you are in a chat... you can use a keylogger to tell you what they are typing and the name of the Window say "Porn.com - Microsoft Internet Explorer"

Well Psychologists they are Not.

Not dealing with this upfront indicates either ignorance, or being afraid of the child.

The worse approach is Spying. When the Child discovers it, he is going to mistrust the parents for the rest of their life.
