Need to mod my side panel, tips...

I have a Lian Li PC-A10 and am using a thermaltake ToughPower 750 PSU. When mounted in the case, the big fan on the PSU is less than 1" from the side panel. This results in heat buildup from the PSU itself causing the fan to eventually reach maximum RPM when the side panel is installed. As soon as I remove the side panel, you can hear the RPM's decrease immediatly.

I'm looking to modify the side panel of the PC-A10 with a simple 120 or 140mm fan grille with filter so the PSU can suck in cool air externally. I've looked at a bunch of different ideas, but was wondering if anyone here has an idea for a nice looking solution.

Your idea is the best thing to do, as there is not much more to do. But I would think a 120mm fan would be the best idea, because filters and grills can be had easier.

svc.com and jab-tech.com have fair selections of filters. XOxide, sidewindercomputers, nexfan, etc. also usually have good stock.
