Which will give me more performance increase in games?

OPTION 1
Basically I can get 1 gig of CL2.5 PC3200 ram and run 5:4 ratios on an overclocked P4 + Audigy 2 ZS for the same price
AS
OPTION 2
highly overclockable 1 gig of Patriot PC3200 w/XBL on Samsung TCCD 2-2-2-5 that'll do 260FSB 1:1 at 2.5-3-3-7.

What kind of framerate performance does Audigy 2 ZS offer vs. Onboard Realtek AC'97 650 sound chip?

I've found this review, but the framerate differences seem excessive:
Audigy 2 ZS review

If I plan to upgrade to A64 later on, I won't have low latency ram with OPTION 1 (I've heard from everyone this shouldn't be much of a problem since it has on-die memory controller), but what about loss of memory bandwidth at 1:1 when overclocked?

If you think it's better to get cheaper ram and audigy 2 zs since bandwidth on a P4 doesnt matter as much, which ram should I get:
Corsair Value Select (Dual Pack) 184 Pin 512MBx2 DDR PC-3200 CL2.5 - $141
Mushkin Enhanced Dual Pack 184-Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200 2.5-3-3 - $142
TwinMOS Dual Channel Kit 184-Pin 1GB(512MB x 2) DDR PC-3200, Model TMII400/1GB 2.5-3-3- $148

I'd like to get the best overclocker out of these budget rams if I pick OPTION 1.

Very sorry for the long a** post.
