Went for my abdomen & ribs ultrasound tonight and I felt quite ashamed of my belly while the lady technician lathered me with goo. A radiologist will look at the numerous pics she took and send a report to my physician.

Only pic I have of me shirtless was when I weighed about 205lbs last year. That's my 'before' pic. Due to a 'promise' I made in 2001, I can only post pics of me shirtless here if geekbabe agrees. I'm currently at 187lbs.
