Need to look up a vehicle's history

As the title says, I need to find some info. Carfax charges for it and I don't have a CC, are there any out there with the same functionality that don't chrage any $$? Any help is appreciated =)

Use CARFAX.COM and just pay your $15 bucks. If you can afford a car, you can afford $15 to let you know if the car has been flooded, salvaged, wrecked and other things.
