I like Multiwave, www.mwave.com, I've never had a problem with any order(knock on wood;)) and their prices are very good on most things, though not always cheapest. I can't tell you about returns because I've never had to return anything I've bought from them either.

Others on the forum, recommend newegg.com. I haven't used them but their prices look really good on a lot things, particularly CPUs. A lot guys swear by them.

I'm getting ready to build a new system as well and will probably use both of them as well as some others, like Coolerguys.com and crucial.com.

Good luck!:)

I've ordered these items at z-buy.com

I was hesitant at first, as I think they're
a vendor out of NY, but to my surprise,
they always ship out what they say
they have in stock, at one of the
lowest prices and 3 day fedex shipping
is free on most items.

So far, after 5 or so items including the
8k7a and a 1.2 Tbird/266, I'm very
encouraged with them.

Well Ive had great luck with mwave.com but they arent the cheapest. They're also quite good with returns, never had a problem with it even after I fried a processer they still took it back (hey, it was my first time! lol...and it was an AMD-K6-3 450...didnt even know you COULD fry them but voltage set way to high and...hehe) But Ive also had really good luck with newegg.com. They're really cheap, ok selection (if they dont have what I want I go to mwave), and they generally ship out fairly quickly. Havent had a chacne yet to test their return policy (and hope I dont! knock on wood!)

Newegg and Mwave for most things but buy your memory from Crucial right now while they have a sale going on. Received my order in 2 days.

Another positive experience from NewEgg and MWave here. You might also want to consider Directron. They have quite a bit of stuff
