I currently have GeForce 4MX integrated GFX and my freind is giving me an Ati All in Wonder Radeon 8500 64 meg, Is the ATI any better than what I already have?

It is. Yours is DX7 and Radeon 8500 is DX8.1 so you'll see more effects in games, plus it should blow the MX in terms of performance. It also has AIW, it definetly is worth it!!

Yes. He's got a gF4MX IGP - so that means he's on an nForce2.

If I were you, I'd sell the 8500 - you'll get a fair bit of bank because it's an All-In-Wonder - and pick up a 9600. 😀
