Need to know how fast my memory is running

Is there any way to do this? CPU-Z says the frequency is 1000mhz...the mobo program that i run from windows (asus mobo) says the frequency is 1995.7. The BIOS (Without XMP enabled, says 1333), but with XMP says 2133 which is what it should be. Is there any sort of benchmarking tool I could use for the memory? This is making me nervous. I tried Sandra, but that seems to only measure bandwidth, not frequency.

Remember its Double Data Rate(DDR). You need to multiple the value in CPU-Z with 2.

So 1000Mhz i CPU-Z means your memory runs at 2000Mhz effectively.

The xmp profile is supposed to set the timing automatically but, you can always set it manually. At any rate, unless you are benchmarking, you will not notice a difference in real world applications. We're talking about Nano seconds.
