Hello.. I need help as soon as possible!! I am helping a teacher opening up a file according to her it's a pagemaker file that was sent by another teacher. She needs to open the file up and print like 60 copies for the students. I offered to help her because I have pagemaker however I can't seem to open the file!! it doesn't have an extension so I think the other teacher must have done it through Macintosh is there someone that can help me open this file? I have tried changing the extension to .p65 because I have pagemaker 6.5 but no luck.

here is the file where you can down load it file it's zipped

thank you in advance

Havey ou tried just displaying extensions in IE, and then renaming it to have the extension?

Try changing the file name to include the extension through command line.

What do you mean, no luck? Since it has no extension, have you tried selecting a program to open it, and choosing pagemaker? If the file isn't in a different format, the information found in the file should be the same and pagemaker should be able to open it.

I opened the file in a text editor, and it is a Pagemaker 5.0 file.

There is a cross-platform converter here which can convert from Mac to Windows.
