Need to hang comforters from concrete wall

I'm going to hang some comforters up in my basement to help with sound absorption.

The walls are the basement foundation walls, so they are concrete. I can screw into them, but not nail.

If I screw into the comforter, it's probably just going to chew it up. So I'm trying to think of a way to hang them without screwing them up to much.

I was thinking some kind of hardware that could be screwed in, and has a hook or pin that I could just hang the comforter from. Any ideas?

can you sew?

just sew some loops along the edge of the comforter, loop around wall screws.

real men can sew.

Go to your local hardware store, they will have plenty of hooks that can be attached to the walls using screws. It's a really common thing that people buy.

Rent a Bosch/Hilti hammer drill at home depot, get a 3/16" hammer drill bit, bailing wire, #10/#12/0.25 Fender washers or rivets, and 3" double head common nails. Or, screw anchors, or smackies.

Drill holes in concrete, and use any of the hardware combinations below to mount the comforters (punch holes right through the comforters).

You guys act like no one in the history of the world ever faced this situation before. Go to a sewing or dedicated quilting shop and ask for quilt hanging ideas.

Why? We already solved the problem. Wall=>hole=>anchor=>screw=> grommet=>comforter=>crappy stereo playing awful music

Tell the truth, you still use milk crates for shelving don't you?

Not anymore. I peaked at 41. I used to have a complete bedroom suite plus bookshelves and end tables in the living room. I've moved up in the world though. Now I use Rubbermaid storage bins.

You don't even have to sew. Put a small ball/stone/whatever in the corner of the blanket, tie cord around it, then tie another looped cord around that. Attach to wall, or preferably hang from joist.

Edit:
Added small word. I don't know what my problem is lately, but thoughts don't make it from my brain to my fingers. I drop whole words out of a written thought :^/

Hot glue it to the wall. It's all good.

Also, think through whether or not you want to drill holes in your parents' foundation (or, more importantly do your parents want you doing that).

And then staple egg cartons on the ceiling, paint em flat black and, hang blacklights for your 'epic' posters. Don't forget the lava lamps.

Relatively warm, moist air meeting cold concrete wall face = enjoy the mold.

Stones or sticks are way to hang if the tarp grommets are torn off.

Perhaps duct tape would also work for this situation.

Or, we could go for the gusto, and use MagnusTheBrewer suggestion for a full blown sound dampening the room by build a room within the room (no contact point) ,with air space and sound insulate both sides of the existing wall/ceiling and suspended internal structure, then shape the internal wall with sound absorbent material.

Take a small gauge wire , like a 22 solid and push it through the comforter edge and tie in a loop, then you can hang from a nail or screw.

Head down to the used store display store and buy some manikins. Tie the comforters to the manikins' hands and pose them such as to hold the comforter up against the walls. Optional: dress the manikins as gangbangers.
