Need to get rid of Instant messenger.

I know I saw it here before but I searched and couldn't find a thread. I also searched the internet but that one where you change the: C:\WINDOWS\inf\sysoc.inf and remove it from Windows components doesn't work. I need the one where you put something in the run menu and it totally erases it.

Make sure it's not running in the system tray, rename the messenger folder. Touchdown.

put that in the run menu and its uninstalled after restart
