I need to get a laptop. I looked at Alienware and I like the ability to customize it. Does anyone know of any other companies that allow you to do this online? Also does anyone know of a company that is offering the Athlon 64 in a laptop? Thanks in advance
 
Voodoo has a VERY expensive laptop whcih has the Athlon 64...

Dell allows an amazing amount of customization... so check that out...
 
Since you're looking for high-end, be sure to get one with ATI radeon 9600 graphics.

Dell's highest-end models have graphics on a card instead of the motherboard, so they may be upgradeable to whatever replaces the 9600 as the best chip next year.
