if you are 155 you're already a skinny dude. don't worry about putting on 15lbs of lean mass. just put on 20-25lbs of mass in general, then when you get bigger, go on a cutting cycle and lean up a bit.

My moms cooking can give anyone 15 lbs in about 3 months. I would make pasts 4-5 times a week with a steak on the side if I wanted to gain weight. Thats what Deniro and Daniel Day Lewis did. they ate pasta and steaks. Not bad

Sheet cakes,... like two at a time, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Snack on sticks of butter as well.

I'd like to do that as well. I just have a hell of a time stuffing myself (feel like I'm gonna puke) and lot of times just don't have the appetite, especially over the past couple months. I've always been thin though so it's a real bitch to gain ANY weight.

OP, you might wanna try some weight gainer powder too. Not the protein stuff; the weight gainer might be called "mass gainer" too. I really had to look at the store cause everything was protein.

I had the same problem before, I just did not have enough of an appetite. I ate lot of fattening food though like poutine, pizza, mcdonald's etc but just could not gain weight. interestingly joining the gym for a year helped. I got lazy after a while and stopped going but was able to maintain my weight. I recently bought a weight set and started working out here and there but then I got sick so been a while since I've worked out. Once summer is over I'll make myself a program and do it like every second day or something. Doing it mostly just to stay in shape since I'm not really that active especially in winter. But now at least I have more of an appetite so I can eat more so that helps me keep my weight. In fact I could probably afford to lose like 10lbs, I'm 150 right now and if I go by the BMI index I'm close to overweight. Not that you treat that like a Bible but it is a good ball park figure. Actually I'm at 145 now due to me getting sick, so I guess that did me a small favour. :p

Start tracking your food intake. Make sure you're at a slight caloric surplus with a diet consisting of a lot of protein. I think a 250 calorie per day surplus should put you gaining around .5 lbs per week, which is about the most you're going to get while staying reasonably lean. Work out with heavy (for you) weights at least 3 times per week. Track your weight and if you don't see the numbers going up every week, add a bit (100 calories per day or so) to your diet until you are gaining what you are supposed to be gaining.

Doing it like that will hamper your gains because you won't be feeding yourself quite enough for optimal growth, but it will keep you pretty lean while you make your slower gains.

Creatine will help you put on a lot of weight & muscle. Be careful though because if you don't workout significantly while taking creatine, it will simply manifest itself as fat.

You should inject steroids. If you aren't sure that you're being sold pure steroids you should inject it just to make sure. Primarily you should start with your crotch. Steroids start at the crotch. Inject them into your penile region and then go out from there. That is a "core workout". After that, work your way out, and inject yourself furhter out on the limbs. Start with your head. As brain power is mass power. Begin injecting your brain with nutrients, and then go from there. You don't even have to lift to get gains, just inject that shit into your head. You'll be good.

TLDR:
Eat Whoppers and donuts, lift weights. You're welcome.

It's not rocket surgery, guys.

15 pounds of muscle ?!

Easily attainable, but 15 pounds of muscle mass is a lot of dedicated effort and it will take about a year for an adult male. A young kid would be able to do it faster or someone using steroids could also accelerate it.

Just don`t cut your head that is on your shoulders off...then you would lose 15 more lbs of dead weight!

Then you would need to gain 30 lbs....

That's not enough. You need to do more than that - you're not putting on muscle, you're just toning. Heavy resistance training is the only thing you can do to bulk.
