Need To Flash Bios With A CD

I don't have a floppy on my box I want to flash the bios on, and I can't seem to figure out how to make a boot cd with Nero so I can boot a cd with the bios update on it, and flash it.

The only thing I have used in the past to do this with is a start up disk, but when I put that in the floppy drive to use this for the, "Source of the boot image date" it keeps failing.

Can't I use a startup disk for this "Source of the boot image date"?

How can I go about this?

I opened Nero choose "make bootable CD", choose image file and it should default to the basic nero bootable image, click new then copy the files you need to burn

But when I try to boot with the CD I get this message:

EMM386: Warning address line A20 already enabled.

Then it reboots, I can't get it to go to a cmd prompt.

I use Abit so if I want I can use the FlashMenu.

But I like to do it the floppy way in the bios, but since I don't have a floppy on this, trying to make a boot cd work.

I'd go the bootable flash-drive route instead, past the initial formatting it's far easier to work with than bootable CDs.
