Need to find some tech support

We have a branch office in Madison Wisconsin (we are based in California) and I need to find a person/company that can provide in-house support for us incase there was something that we are unable to fix remotely. So if any has any recommendation please let me know. We are possibly looking at Berbee but would like some other options.
