I am thinking of either putting an add in the paper or contacting some type of agency that will come teach this program. I need ~3 people to learn the program and 2 of them are far from skilled when it comes to computers. (selecting text is a challenge)

I dont know how I would interview anyone when I dont know the software that well myself. But if I contact some agency I dont want to pay a ton of money to findout they really arnt good at teaching the stuff.

Any ideas guys?

We use Peachtree here at work and I love it as far as handling all of our accounting (invoicing, purchase orders/sales orders, inventory, customer database, etc.) I find it to be pretty user-friendly and they have really good tech support if you're ever in a bind.

Depending on your timeframe, I recommend just sitting down with the product and becoming familiar with it. Not sure of all of the functions you intend on using but I think you could become pretty good with it in no time. At least well enough to use the system and possibly instruct others.

Edit: We're using Peachtree Premium 2006. Build 13.0.03.104

My son's godmother works @ Sage... PM me with exactly what you need and I will talk to her about it. :)
