So i have an aunt that works for a non profit organization and they have decided they want all their machines backed up. So now they are trying to decide what is the best option for them. They only have 6 machines in the office. Should they actually buy a server w/windows server and keep it all in house or should they maybe have it done online.

my only experience is doing backups for home (3 machines) to a crappy old server i bought on craigslist. I also only used trial software.

I want to make sure i keep it all legal for them and figure out what is their most cost efficient option for them. None of them are tech savvy and if they have problems they would likely need to call someone in. and no I am not going to be their tech support for this (i have enough to do at my own job) so they would need to pay each time for tech support from a freelance server tech.
