Need to create a CUE file

I have a BIN file that I want to burn, but dont have the CUE file.

The software Im talking about is WinOnCD 5.

1--Is it possible to burn a working CD with out the CUE file ?

2--Is there a place that you can get CUE files ?

3--IF not does anybody know a good place to learn how to create a CUE file ?

You can't burn a bin file without the original cue sheet. If you can get Binchunker you can extract what is in the bin file.

I have no problem using the BIN fiel or installing the software.

Also have burned a cd with the file and opening the cd with WinISO works fine. But what i would like to do is to burn the software as an ISO or BIN got any other ideas?
