Need to contact PC-Chips tech support... Anyone know how?

I need to contact these guys and their web site is very unprofessional to be nice about it. I am planning on RMAing a board. Anyone have any leads or tips?

I think that you will find that PC Chips will not deal with the end user. I have used a lot of PC chips boards and the few times that I have had a problem I have always had to deal with the supplier that I got them from. Contact the place that you got the board from.
