Need to configure terminal services to run via webpage

Does anyone know how to configure Terminal Services to run via a web address?

I have seen people go to a location such as http://webserver:nnnn

and terminal services come up... I figure this would be easier than installing a terminal services client on a pc to connect to my server.

Also, does this pose any security risks? I would guess no, since authentication is still needed, however, you guys might have more expertise on this.

Where I work, they use the web version (clients just need the IP address) and are prompted the first time to download an ActiveX control.

We add an exta layer of security by requiring an RSA security card login. This is a card with an LED readout that changes passcodes every minute, so someone with just someone's login and no card could not access the network. Only authorized people are issued these cards.
