Need to choose a new mobo! Help is greatly appreciated

MSI KT3 Ultra/RAID VIA KT333
SOLTEK 75DRV5 VIA KT333

Asus sounds good, but Epox is slightly cheaper and has pretty good remarks to back it up, but which one do you think I should go for?

epox, make sure you get above rev 1.0 if you care about the onboard sound at all
