Need to change e-mail address

I need to change the e-mail associated with my account since it is an address I don't have access to any more. The problem is I don't know my password. I'm logged in because my browser remembers it for now, but it will eventually not remember it and I won't be able to logon anymore because I can't reset the password since I have no access to the e-mail, but I can't change the e-mail since I don't have my current password.

Any way out of this catch-22?
