Need # to capital one to talk to live person

Does anyone remember the thread with a list of different co. phone # and how to actually talk to a live person? I seached and couldn't find it.

I have not received my new credit card from capital one and my old one is about to expire. Tried to call them today and could not get through to a live person. Any help is appreciated.

Did you try following the appropriate menu options? A live person is not what you want, you want the live person who can help you with your problem - that's the purpose of the menu.
