Anyone know where I can get a cheap table online that is about 22-28 inches square? I need something small to set my TV on.

Home Depot sells precut pieces of 3/4" plywood and particle board. Buy one. Buy 12-foot straight piece of 2x4. Have them cut it into 4 equal pieces.

Nail said pieces to piece of wood.

Voila; you have a TV stand. Total cost under $20 and it's almost indestructible.
 
MichaelD speaks truth. If you want something that looks nicer go through your local newspaper's classifieds or the Thrifty Nickel. *Gasp* That's right, paper! Not online! Who woulda thunk it?
