Question Need to archive my Mac Mails

Yesterday I got the notification that my mail storage is running out of space and that I bought an external hard drive. Now I need to archive my contact, mails and snapshots to my hard drive. However, I have previously archived my mails with the help of a manual method. But this time I have to archive around 300GB of data. I want a solution to archive my mails automatically and fast.

In my opinion the offline tools are the best solution to archive your mails.



Second or multiple accounts are not allowed.
