Need to Analyze a Protein Sequence

I'm looking over the literature to identify phosphorylation sites on a particular protein. I'm compiled a large list and now I need to map those sites to the actual protein location. Anyone have an idea of a program that would do this? Basically I need this

Protein Sequence (letters): AYDFBDFetc...
Site 1: here
Site 2: here

I may just end up doing this in excel

I think this may be the first time I've ever seen this said, but you might have better luck in Highly Techincal.
