anyone have any tips or suggestions for clearing your throat of mucus/flegm? my nose has been stuffy and runny since 12/23 and i've had mucus draining down the back of my throat since. its not a very pleasant experience. anyone know how to make it stop or how to clear it out?

i have some sudafed stuff to help but forgot it today...
