Need tips on falling asleep..

Observe your breathing... Just feel the breath coming in and out of your nose... It might help you relax and then sleep...

I heard there was some activity that when finished doing, males tend to fall asleep extremely easily. It's slipped my mind though and I can't remember what it was sorry.

I have been a diagnosed insomniac for like 16 years. Nothing really works for me. The most important advise i ever got was if you have tried everything, and it isnt working- stay up until you are even more tired
Sitting in bed willing yourself to sleep has to be one of the most infuriating things ever

Don't do alcohol

Go workout or play some sport for a few hours like Martial Arts.

Take a hot bath.

Nite nite.

Reading always does it for me. If I lay in bed and read and it's after 10 pm, I get incredibly sleepy after like 15 minutes. However, if what I'm reading is interesting, I end up staying up and reading it as tired as I am. :|

I've always heard that some good excersise during the day can really get you tired in the latter period of the day, therefore making fatigued, therefore making you sleepy, therefore making you sleep. Or you could just do the Nyquil thing like someone suggested.
