Anyways I think basically what you're gonna want to try to do is up the FSB a little bit, and if the computer boots check out it's stability with a program like Prime95 or similar.
I'm not really familiar with the Barton 3200, but I think the multiplier is 11x and FSB is 200 (which equals 2.2 GHz, which I believe is the speed of the Barton 3200). Try upping the FSB to the next increment (210, 225, whatever), and see if the computer boots up. If it doesn't, then up the Vcore.. it's all explained very well in the guide.
Personally, I overclocked my computer (see sig) to 888 MHz, which is about 10%, without a problem. I did this with a slight increase in Vcore and with stock cooling. Runs great. I tried going higher, but the computer wouldn't boot.. not sure if it's because of crappy RAM or crappy cooling.
