I have an old PowerBook G4 that I want to breathe life back into, but I need an OS X install disk to do it. Anybody have a PPC compatible (did they have separate versions for intel and PPC??) Tiger or Leopard disk that they could send me? We can PM about the details.

I have a .dmg file (6.7GB) of Mac OS X Leopard 10 5 6 (9G66) 2007 (Retail) [UB]-AR. I can burn it as is *.dmg or burn it to a bootable OSX disc with PowerISO?

Or you can download it from my Google Drive - ;)

Not sure where I downlloaded this dmg file, probably usenet. The only reason I have it is I bought a PowerMac G5 (A1047; emc 1969C) at the flea market for $25, July 2017, keyboard and mouse included. Surprisingly clean inside, parts look like new. Works like a charm with Tiger 10.4 but slow, never found the time to upgrade it to Leopard. Previous owner had it password locked, but I figured out how to bypass that. Desktop was a cluster fuck, icons all over.
