Ok, here's the deal. Had an auction that ended last Tuesday night. I send the guy and email giving payment details, address, paypal email address, etc. No word comes back.... after 3 days, on Friday morning, I email the guy again, this time with Outlook read receipt and High importance turned on basically saying I ain't heard from you. PLease respond.
STILL... no reply.

I finally emailed them a last time this afteroon, said I'd posted negative feedback, was banning them from my auctions, and was reporting them to eb@y as a deadbeat bidder. I just now got an email from this guy claiming he sent paypal payment to me the day after the auction.

I'm thinking that if they paid me on Wed, the email Friday should have clued them into the fact I didn't get it... and they should have replied to me or at LEAST accepted the read receipt to know that they existed.

Thoughts, comments on how to proceed??? I know many of you have dealt w/ Eb@y issues before.

Ask him to give all info and details about when he sent it (what email addy he sent it to, can he take a SS of his PayPal acct proving he sent the money, etc. If he refuses to cooperate with you contact e-Bay about it.

Same thing happened to my g/f last week. She was getting seriously pissed too. Finally worked out for her, THANK GOD :)
