yeah i got that marea mena song, but thats not it...
its a female singer. it was on the radio in the 90's a LOT

sorta reminds me of that
"im a bitch, im a lover, im a sinner im a mother" song.

the way she sings it is she rolls together the "a little bit" and then puts the accent on the last word

so its like
a little bit toough
a little bit blah
a little bit (and then she drags out wiser) wiiisseeeerrrrr (and she sings the r in two pitches, "Errrrrr" [pitch goes up] "eeeerrrr"
