Need that picture of the evil cat from a screencap of an NBC (?) show

It was this hairless cat that was sitting on its butt like a human would, with its hind legs in front of it, and it was kind of hunched over, and just looked totally evil.

I think it was from a screencap of an NBC news show that NFS4 either started a thread about or provided the pic.
