Need TeAm Anandtech created in TN-Grid project.

Have not needed to ask in a long time. Usually the TeAm is automatically there? But not for TN-Grid.

Used to have a special member that knows how to create a team correctly and I can't remember the name. I think Petrus and Fred used to be in that group? Are we still having the official person create the TeAm?

I plan to move a few more projects to a minimal milestone.

Thanks

petrusbroder and Ken-g6 are the admins for TAC (TeAm AnandTech Committee).

I'm sure as soon as one of them check in on the forum they will respond to your question either here or in a conversation.

Your contributions to the TeAm are greatly appreciated, GLeeM.

edit: Ken beat me to it. 😉

On the main page, the first direction to join is:
"You need the invitation code: science@tn"

Create the account first outside of BOINC and then the team.

Thanks Ken 🙂

Whoa. This is a high points project!

Thanks for the find GLeeM.

Petrus, the workunits build up fairly quick if you let it run. I installed the project on all my machines, increasing the chances of catching a workunit. I came by an hour later and one machine had 7 tasks, another machine had 1 task, the other 3 had no tasks.

Now 12 hours later, I'm 120,000 points richer, but still don't have a normal queue. In fact my fleet only has a few tasks each. New tasks seemed to be released every few minutes by the server, so they aren't 'out' of tasks, they just produce a limited number every few minutes.

To me this makes for a good side project, to run alongside a preferred project. But the points! I would love to see one full day of full queue production, just to see if 1M ppd is possible.

All my boxes had a fair supply of tasks yesterday, 664,227 points just for yesterday!!!!! Holy smokes!

I estimated 1.2M per day with a endless supply of tasks, but still happy. 🙂

From what I remember a long time ago this site use to be pro Italian generally saying that their country was going to fill all their needs. That said their web page reads differently now, more neutral.
