So, generally a video editing machine's best storage configuration consists of an OS main drive, a second drive for page file and video scrubbing etc, and a third drive for storing the files.

Storage drive = 1Tb FALS WD
My SCSI drive for my OS
and the last drive I was thinking of either a new SSD drive (G1 Intel) or one of my old drives from yrs ago that's just laying around...

Will the SSD drive be the optimal choice for the pagefile, scrub, rendering? like the 32g X25-M G1?

probably cheaper and faster to buy more RAM than getting a SSD for page file....but sure why not?
