Need suggestions on Neon Wiring...

I just recently purchased a neon wiring kit to 'trick out' my modded case... I currently have the neon running through with my wiring, but it doesnt look too appetizing..Too abstract for my tastes.. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? IE how to attach to the case better(crazy glue = crap), Or is it possible to run it along my window (in my case) without obstructing me from opening it ...

Case = ATX midtower, side panel opening.
