Can anyone please give me links or suggestions on a DVI monitor that will be able to connect to a DVI-I port? I went on Newegg and checked all the monitors with DVI but I can't tell if they'll be compatible with a DVI-I connector. I thought about getting an adapter and a VGA monitor but I figured that since it'll be about the same price, I'd just get a single monitor.

DVI-D is compatible with DVI-I. Most monitors are DVI-D. There is also DVI-A but you don't need to worry about that

Loki1, on lower resolutions like 1280x1024 or below, few people can see the difference between VGA & DVI.
But when using an LCD with 1600x1200 or higher, text & everything in general on the display will be crisper & sharper, for lack of a better way to describe it.
