Need suggestions on an affordable mid-tower w/ 300w PS...

My dad is going to be building a computer here soon and I would like to get him a decent case for Xmas to get him started. Unfortunately, I'm not real up on good Mid-towers (I'm a FT guy myself), so I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

I'm looking for a decent mid-tower, 300W PS, at least 3 5.25" bays on the front. I'd like to keep cost below $75 or so. Any suggestions?

If you could include price and best place to buy, that'd be great.
 
The Enlight 7237 is a popular midtower. You can find it at AllStarShop for $57. It features 4 5.25" external drive bays and 2 3.5" external bays, plus the 300w PS.

The Fong Kai 603 is a great case too but comes standard with a 250w power supply (athlon approved). You can find that case at Directron for $67.

Also check out the Inwin S500.
 
You didn't say if your Dad is planning on building an Athlon, Duron or Intel system.

Getting an Athlon approved 300w and case narrows the field considerably. The Antec KS-282 is available from Onvia.com, you may get free shipping. $65.00

For an Intel or Duron system, I really like the looks of the Inwin S508 with 300w from Directron.com. Smooth, stylish.

Insomnium's recommendations are really solid, too...
 
I just ordered a Fong Kai from directron with a 300 w power supply. It is the big brother to the one that anandtech loves soo much. Plus it is black!
 
Hey shag, this is the best!!! The Antec sx830, its great has tons of HD room, 4 HD slots. They are removable harddrive cages, just flip the tab and they come out!! It comes with plenty of room for the motherboard, and has four 80 mm fans! comes with 300W athlon approved PS. I believe its 83 with free shipping at onvia. for 10.00 more you could get the bigdaddy SX1030B Which is Huge and comes in black!!

These guys have some pretty good deals. I got an mid-tower with AMD aproved 300W PS from them on clearence for 47.99 with shipping. They have one for even less than that, but I'm a bit wary of it.
 
I just received my Antec SX830, and it seems like a great case. It's a bit large for someone who won't need all the room. You can find cheaper ones that will suit him better.
 
You can get the In-Win Q500A. Its a great full tower case and it comes with an AMD Approved 300Watt PSU. It cost me $80 and its a great case and I love it.
 
Man, I know this has been covered a million times but here's another vote for the Enlight 7237.
