Need suggestions on a full blown tv card... hdtv, all the goodies..

Im looking to get the best hdtv tuner card i can get. I dont want to spend an a55load of money, but reasonable. Thanks!

I have a Ati HDTV Wonder. It comes with hd antenna and remote. I think the current deals for it are $60 or so. Not sure what you mean by the best, but it works for me and the tv stations are near me so I have great reception. I don't have problems with the software.

I know that some people don't like it, but it works for me. There are other tuners which are considered better, but they're also more expensive too.
