Need Suggestions for Mobo for new Build

Requirements are:

Looking to get an Intel Proc. (open to suggestions on which)
6+ SATA (hopefully 8 or eSATA)
Firewire (port plus headers is preferable)
Under $100 is preferable
I want stability, I'm not planning to OC.

This machine will be my main workstation and will be used for a lot of H.264 rendering. I plan to run Windows XP.

I recommend you look at the asrock p43twins 1600 for about $70 at newegg.com. I have 2 asrock boards, a p45 and g43. Both work well, and have lots of features at a good price.
