In a business model I did I used Authorize.net, if I remember correctly it had the lowest fees. Paypal isn't a bad option either!

I've used Paymentech with a number of e-commerce sites I've worked on with good success.

Good news: Yes.
Bad news: Minimum monthly fees of around $35/mo even if you sell nothing.

Do you need automatic processing from a website?
If so, do you plan on doing address verification?

Bank of America has good rates, and a payment portal you can use.

Don't fall for the lowest advertised rates, most "low" rates you see are for "swiped" transactions, not keyed, as you will be doing.

I used a progema called "IC Verify" to auth and do address verification at the same time. I still have the copy if the gateway you use supports ICVerify.
