Need suggestions for a solid Socket 478 board with RAID

I'm interested in building a little home file server. I'm going to have a 1.5ghz Core Solo processor (Socket 478) leftover when I upgrade my Mac Mini; what are some good boards that have onboard SATA raid? I'm not really an Intel guy but I figure why waste

I am using that mobo in my main system, until I upgrade later to pci-e, etc. Very sturdy board.
