Need suggestions for a proposal project

For one of my classes, i'm supposed to come up with a proposal argument and provide a solution. but i cant think of any good ideas. give me suggestions, stuff like problems and solutions involving drunk driving, underage drinking, or public transportation. but i cant use any of those because those are the ones other people have done.
 
well, i need something interesting that i can represent easily on a website. I don't want it to be too complicated either because i need to come up with a plausible solution too.
