I'm having a hard time finding monitor options in 27" 16:10. The display doesn't need to be particularly high-end, as it will primarily be used in an office environment with very little video or gaming use. Will not be editing photos on it.

Any suggestions?

Hmm. My search didn't turn up much that fit my criteria, so I ordered a Hanns-G HZ281HPB. It's 28" and 16:10 1900X1200. Hopefully, it will be nice. Can't complain about the price.

Please let us know how it is. So far I've been staying away from the cheap displays.

I have 3 of those-one an older HH and two of the HZ-all bought @ 250 to 300CDN.

Not one dead or stuck pixel in the trio, backlight bleed isn't any worse than any number of other monitors I've seen, very bright out of the box.

Enjoy yours. Mine are great in Eyefinity!

I was using that one. Lovely monitor! It was, however, too big for my desk so I had to change it :(

Yes, please give us your impressions when you get the Hanns-G. Was looking at it a few weeks ago when Newegg had it on sale for $239.99.
