Need Suggestion

I need a good sound card for around 40$. (I don't want the SBLive or Santa Cruz). Im running Windows 2000 on a KT133A motherboard. Currently I'm looking at

1) Guillemot Gamesurround Muse XL
2) Phillips Seismic Edge / Rhythmic Edge
3) Creative Soundblaster PCI 128

Which one is the best? I want good stability in W2k, and good sound quality. I have only 2 speakers, so 3D sound quality isn't of much importance. If any of you have any of the above cards, please tell me of your opinion.

you can't go wrong with the sb128. all the code the software manufacturers use is based on the basic soundblaster code.
