Need suggestion on Upgrade?

<P>Just want to ask you ppl your opinion on what I should uprgrade next...
First here is what I am using first..

T-Bird 1300 @ 1333 (runs got thou....its doing 59C/138F at the moment MB temp is at 33C/91F....Room temp is 24C at the moment.using a copperbase&amp;nbsp;Taisol 760092 stock fan..) is it me, a dodgy CPU? or is it ASUS probe?
3 X 128 Megs SD-RAM ( mix of PC-100 and PC-133 generic stuff)
Asus A7V133 Mobo with IDE raid.(funny thing is that I can't get a 13X mulitplier in BIOS rev 1004)
Asus 8200 Deluxe&amp;nbsp;GF3 Video Card.
SB-Live value
Pioneer DVD 105 Region&amp;nbsp;Free&amp;nbsp;16 X DVD drive
Plextor 12/10/32A CDR
2 X IBM GXP75 HDD... 30.5 gig&amp;nbsp;and 20.5 gig.
Lian-Li PC60 case......
Sony L133 display.(got not room for anything else yet)
Speakers (don't plan to change these yet)
As you can see I have probabaly figured out that the Ram is about the most dated component of My system...
So should I?

1. Get some real CAS2 PC133 for my PC...(don't really like this one...PC133 is too dated..got atleast 1/2 gig of that stuff and my house and want to stock up on more.)
2. Wait till X-mas and get 266&amp;nbsp;DDR or 333 DDR with a new Mobo (consider 760 or N-Force)
3. Wait till X-mas and jump ship to intel Pentium 4 with DDR or RD-RAM
4. Get get two IBM GXP60 ...30 or 45 gig HDD and run RAID 0 on IDE...(how much perfomance does IDE raid give u)
5. Go SCSI ASAP.(most expensive solution?)
6.Any other suggestions.?

Also i just want to know...
How much difference does DDR ram make on the MB.?...I know its important with the latest&amp;nbsp;graphix cards.

i would say wait til xmas and upgrade to a newer ddr solution such as the nforce...everything else seems to be good in your system right now....if anything, you might want to consider a new hsf...i know that the asus probe does read high, but i still think that if you got a new hsf you would have lower temps...i recommend the thermalright sk6...its a great heatsink and doesnt cost an arm and a leg
