The Trident Z (non RGB) are cheaper than equivalent Flare X (3200 cas14). At cas16 the Sniper X and Ripjaws V are cheaper. I haven't noticed any difference between the Flare X and Trident Z kits I'm using. I bought the Flare X because of Gskill guaranteeing Ryzen compatibility back when 1800X was released. There's enough users now, that I'd feel comfortable with either.

Keyboard and mouse are pretty subjective - I use Logitech G502 and Ducky keyboard. Need more info on what you'll be doing with monitor. What size, resolution, ultrwide/flat/curved, refresh rate. If you play fast paced games a high-res 1080p panel may be best. If you do video a 1440p or 4k panel may suit you better.

Budget will help narrow down choices as well. Looking at your specs, I'd guess a $2000 4k HDR panel is out.

Looks good although you can get an Intel 660p for the same price as the Crucial drive.
