We have a Tyan Thunder Quad Board (S4882). For some reason, the CPU fan does not register the RPMs of the CPU if it spins below a certain speed on CPU 2,3.
I need a CPU Fan/Heatsink that meets the following:
Spins greater than 3000RPM to be safe (2700 RPM is probably ok)
No bigger than 80mm (w) x 80mm (l)
Don't care about noise and that other stuff.
